Jack The Cat

Jack is a 16 year old cat that his family has loved & taken care of for many, many years. During a cross country move the family stopped in Cheyenne on May 22nd, 2023 for some rest at the Days Inn. Jack was there when they went to sleep and gone when they woke the next morning. The deadbolt was on so they were in shock and completely lost as to how he vanished. They had to head to their destination but left their information with the hotel, the shelter, and posted on our Lost & Found Facebook group. We made flyers & volunteers spread the word. On June 10th, 2023 the owner got the call that Jack was found in the same room. He had managed to get inside a hole behind the bed so he was traveling in the walls all that time. Although he was skinny, he was otherwise unharmed & happy to be helped. The owner reached out and asked us if we could go get him. He bunked with us while they made the 19 hour trip back for him. We are so happy that Jack was reunited with his family!
